FAB Ensemble

It was the two artistic directors of Festival Academy Budapest, Katalin Kokas and Barnabás Kelemen, who conceived the vision of the FAB Ensemble. In 2020, the coronavirus pandemic prevented us from inviting international stars to our summer festival, thus we welcomed for the late August festival only Hungarian performers (or those residing in Hungary). Then the more than sixty marvellous musicians gave unforgettably beautiful concerts. The thirteen members of the FAB Ensemble – all young and middle-aged artists of great prominence –, and their guests are going to give more than fifteen concerts in 2021 (streamed online).
